Service Scope

Q8VPN provides a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access, covering 120+ countries / 190+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and client access points are shown in the user panel. Client and subscription details are available after logging in; iOS eligibility is determined by the information shown in the panel.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include accounts, memberships, content licenses or access rights for third-party websites. Users must follow the rules of any third-party service they use. Route coverage does not mean that every website, regional content or feature will always be available.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure, and do not publish them or let others use them. If you notice unusual account activity, change your password promptly and describe the issue in a support ticket. See the Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is handled.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This applies to the account holder’s own devices and does not permit reselling, renting, publicly distributing or sharing the account or subscription with others. Users may not repackage the service as another commercial service or share credentials in a way that affects other users’ connections.

Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; use until depleted, with no expiration. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Log in to the user panel, submit a request through the support ticket portal, and specify the relevant order. You do not need to explain your experience with the service. To verify payment ownership, additional order information may be requested. Do not submit your password or complete subscription details.

Refund progress is communicated through the support ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the relevant payment channel; these terms do not promise a specific processing time. Check plan details on the pricing page. Button wording does not create any additional promise of free data or service time.

Lawful Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in any region related to their activities, and must not use the service for unlawful purposes. Fraud, infringing distribution, malicious attacks, unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious software, and other conduct that harms others’ lawful rights or network operations are prohibited.

Users are responsible for confirming that their access to content and use of third-party services are lawful, and may not use network acceleration as a substitute for required authorization. If conduct is suspected to violate these terms, Q8VPN may request an explanation and take necessary restrictive measures based on the specific conduct and relevant information.

Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on factors such as the local network, international links, device configuration and the status of destination services. Maintenance, network failures or changes to third-party policies may cause routes to change or become temporarily unavailable. Q8VPN does not promise a fixed speed or latency, or guarantee continuous access to specific third-party content.

If an issue occurs, submit a support ticket with the platform and route you used, along with the error details, so the issue can be investigated. To the extent permitted by law, Q8VPN is not liable for losses caused by failures or restrictions of third-party services, or by improper user actions. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law or affect rights users have under applicable law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

Q8VPN may restrict or terminate an account for unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on service systems, or other serious violations of these terms. Users may appeal through a support ticket and provide additional information for review. Account actions do not replace any liability required by law or automatically remove applicable refund rights.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Significant changes to usage rights or billing rules will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights associated with orders already placed. Read the updated terms before continuing to use the service. If you have questions about how they apply, contact support through a ticket.
