Cross-border access across multiple devices
Q8VPN provides international routes for users who need access to international websites, AI tools, and streaming services. The service covers 120+ countries and 190+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux and unlimited simultaneous devices, so you can pick up your work or studies across devices.
Get clients and subscriptions from the account dashboard. Configure your platform first, then choose a region based on your needs. Available routes and access depend on what’s shown in the dashboard. For setup instructions, start with the Getting Started Guide.
Route Selection and Support
Choose a route based on the target service’s regional requirements and your actual connection performance. Coverage does not guarantee access to every platform. Use a primary route for everyday connections; if issues arise, switch to a backup route and check your client settings and the target service’s status.
If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the dashboard with your device platform, selected region, error message, and steps to reproduce the issue. This helps us investigate. Before submitting, hide sensitive information such as passwords and subscription URLs. See the pricing page for plan prices and data allowances. The service offers a 14-day refund policy.
No Logs and Data Minimization
Q8VPN follows a no-logs and data-minimization approach: browsing activity is not recorded, and account and service information is handled only as needed. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need.
